Terminal Services

Assistance for People with Disabilities
At the Lincoln Airport, we're very aware of the special needs of our customers. That's why we provide both physical and practical amenities for travelers with disabilities.

These include customer service personnel to assist passengers upon arrival and departure, handicap accessible parking spaces in all lots, ramps to planes, wheelchair transport for passengers, wheelchair-height dining tables, and wheelchair-accessible restrooms.

Luggage Carts
Luggage carts are available FREE for use throughout the airport.

Automated Teller Machine (ATM)
An ATM is located in the Terminal on the lower level near the car rental counters.

Mail Facilities
A US Postal mail-box is located in the Terminal next to the Customer Service Center.

Elevators/Escalators
Elevators and escalators are available in the Terminal. Elevators also incorporate Braille signage.

Telephones
Public telephones that adhere to Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) height restrictions are located throughout the airport. Amplified volume controls are available on most telephones, and all phones are hearing-aid compatible.

Telecommunications Devices for the Deaf (TDD Phones)
There is one public TDD phone located in the Terminal.

Wireless Internet Connection
Visit Internet Nebraska Passengers can log on the Internet from anywhere in the Terminal using the HotSpot wireless network service provided by Internet Nebraska.

Rates are $1.95, $3.75 and $7.95 for 1, 2 or 24 hours respectively.
