2010 Husker Sports Marketing/Lincoln Airport-Homerun Contest Official Rules

By accepting any prize, winners agree the following rules

Contest will run approximately March 1, 2010 to June 1, 2010.
Contestants will be solicited on the air to participate.
Contestants will be asked to fill out a short form by going on line to the official Lincoln Airport website and clicking on the special contest icon. That form will be automatically forwarded to HSM for filing and random selecting of contestants.
When contestant is chosen, the Husker Sports Marketing will contact that person by phone or email and be given instructions on how to redeem the prize from the Lincoln Airport.
The prize is limited to (2), round trip airfare coupons to anywhere in the continental United States provided by the Lincoln Airport.
Prize must be claimed by Sept 1, 2010. Claims for prizes will not be accepted thereafter.
Winner must be a documented guest of the United States, legal alien, naturalized citizen or natural-born citizen of the U.S.
Entrants must be 18 years of age or older and be a resident of the state of Nebraska, have a valid Nebraska driver's license and a current Nebraska address.
No family members, current or former employees or their family members from either HSM or LAA are eligible to participate in the contest.
No entrant can be a previous winner of any HSM/LAA contest prize.
Only one entry is allowed per household.
The entrant will be chosen at random from the total list of entries received.
The winner must not have been convicted of any felony or misdemeanor crime.
The winner releases both HSM and LAA from liability related to collecting, redeeming or executing the prize. This would include injuries incurred or victimization by any misfortune, which may occur while using the prize including travel to and from the destination or the redemption of the prize.
Winner allows both HSM and the LAA to utilize his/her name, image and/or likeness for reasonable promotional purposes related to the contest without charge or compensation of any kind.
All decisions by HSM/LAA regarding this contest are final.
No eligible or ineligible participant is allowed to contest any of the procedures or execution or results of this contest.
Copies of all rules will be available within 14 business days after a written request is made to Husker Sports Marketing.
