Industrial Park Information

Lincoln Air Park West is an industrial park containing more than 1,000 acres. It was originally the site of the Lincoln Air Force Base, which closed in 1966. Today, Air Park West is owned and operated by the Lincoln Airport Authority, with revenue going to improve the Park or help support airfield operations.
The Park is zoned "I-1 Industrial" with the majority of users being warehousing and light manufacturing operations.
The Park contains numerous amenities such as a fully developed street and utility system, rail spur access and, of course, access to the airport's runway and taxiway system.
The center of the Park is approximately two and a half miles from Interstate 80 via Northwest 48th St. and six miles from downtown Lincoln.
All land and buildings in the Park are available for lease only. The Airport Authority has a wide range of flexibility in leasing arrangements, tailoring each lease to the tenant's specific needs. Current tenant leases range from one to thirty years.
