ID Badging & Training
NOTICE:
DUE TO TRANSPORTATION SECURITY ADMINISTRATION REQUIREMENTS, EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 1, 2007, ALL ID MEDIA / BADGE ISSUANCE WILL REQUIRE A THREE STEP PROCESS.
STEP 1: SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION AND ALL REQUIRED DOCUMENTS, TYPICALLY DRIVERS LICENSE AND SOCIAL SECURITY CARD. (FOR ACCEPTABILITY OF OTHER DOCUMENTS, PLEASE CALL 458-2480)
STEP 2: CLEARANCE FROM THE TRANSPORATION SECURITY ADMINISTRATION WHICH MAY TAKE UP TO 72 HOURS.
STEP 3: COMPLETION OF ANY TRAINING REQUIRED AND ACTUAL ISSUANCE OF THE ID BADGE.
Depending on the level of security access, you may be required to attend training.
Driver training (Movement Area and Non-Movement Area) may be taken online. Upon submission of your application, all documents and following approval, you will be notified by e-mail on how to proceed with driver training and testing. SIDA Training must be taken on-site at the airport and you will be notified by e-mail on how to proceed.
To begin the process, please print the Instructions, ID Application and E-mail Notification forms below. Please bring your completed ID Application and E-Mail Notification Forms along with the identification documents specified above in Step 1 to the Lincoln Airport Communications Center, lower level. Take the stairs underneath the escalators and follow the signs.
