Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) Fueling Station Proposals
NOTICE TO BIDDERS Proposals will be received by the Airport Authority of the City of Lincoln, Nebraska, at the Executive Director's office in the Airline Terminal Building, Suite 200, 2400 West Adams Street, Lincoln, Nebraska, 68524, until five oclock P.M. central standard time on February 8, 2011 from qualified firms with experience in Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) fueling station design and installation. Proposals can be mailed to Lincoln Airport Authority, P.O. Box 80407, Lincoln, Nebraska 68501, but must be received by the Authority as indicated above. Specifications EQ-10-06 for the above CNG station may be obtained by contacting the Deputy Director, Operations, at (402) 458-2423 Bidders should not add any conditions or qualifying statements to the bids or the bid may be declared irregular and not responsive to the bid specifications. Bids may be submitted on any equipment the bidder feels is equal to or exceeds these specifications. The Airport Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any defects in bidding and to make an award to the best interest of the Airport Authority of the City of Lincoln. Each bidder must specifically agree not to discriminate against any recipients of service on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, handicap or age and not to discriminate against any employees or applicant for employment on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex or otherwise qualified handicapped status.
