Chris Hove CHRIS HOVE, Chairman
Appointed to the Board in February, 2007 to fill the seat vacated by Wayne Fisher. Elected May, 2007 which term expires May, 2011. Chris has served in the U.S. Navy since 1983. He was a Flight Officer and designated Mission Commander in the S-3A Viking. He has over 1,000 hours flight time and over 200 carrier arrested landings. Chris is Senior Vice President of Commercial Banking at West Gate Bank.

Bob Hampton PHYLLIS CHAMBERS, Assistant Chair
First elected to the Board in May of 1995. Re-elected in May of 1999 and again in May, 2005 for a six-year term, which will expire May, 2011. Mrs. Chambers has been involved in general aviation as a private pilot since 1989.

Phyllis Chambers WALT ZINK, Secretary
Elected to the Board for a six-year term in May of 2009, which will expire May, 2015. Walt is a senior partner with the law firm of Baylor, Evnen, Curtiss, Grimit and Witt and is a retired Major General in the Nebraska Army National Guard having served on active duty in support of Operation Enduring Freedom from 2003 through 2004.

Ed Raines ED RAINES, Assistant Secretary
First elected to the Board in May of 1995 for a six-year term, re-elected for a six-year term in May 2001 and again in May, 2007, which expires May, 2013. Dr. Raines has been involved in aviation for the past 25 years and is an instrument rated pilot who flies his own Beech Duke. Dr. Raines is a cardiologist associated with the BryanLGH Heart Institute.

John Hoppe, Jr. JOHN HOPPE, JR., Board Member
First appointed to the Board by Mayor Mike Johanns to fill an unexpired position in February of 1998. He was subsequently elected to the Board in May of 1999, and re-elected in May 2003, which term will expire May, 2015. John is the owner of Hoppe, Inc., a real estate development firm in Lincoln.

John Wood JOHN WOOD, Executive Director for the Lincoln Airport Authority

John has been involved with aviation for the past 37 years. He is a commercial instrument rated pilot with more than 2,000 hours. He left the U.S. Marine Corp. in 1978 after serving eight years as a pilot. Since that time he has managed airports in Winslow, Arizona; Cheyenne, Wyoming; and Omaha, Nebraska, until his current appointment in Lincoln in September 1996.
