8. Approve License Agreement with the City of Lincoln, Parks and Recreation Dept., for various buildings and adjacent grounds, ball diamonds, swimming pool, tennis court and cricket field, all in Lincoln Air Park West.
9. Approve License Agreement with the City of Lincoln, Lincoln Fire Dept., for a portion of Building No. 5001 for a fire station, in Lincoln Air Park West.
10. Approve License Agreement with Its A Rental, Inc. for operations for 2007 in the General Aviation Area of the Lincoln Airport.
11. Approve Lease Addendum to Commercial Net Building and Ground Lease with Silverhawk Aviation, Inc. and John Gillum to set a new rental rate beginning 6/l/2007 and ending 5/31/2012.
12. Open Public Hearing for the issuance of Airport Authority Bonds, Series 2007B (LAPW Rail Center Building No. 1 project).
13. Approve Resolution No. 485 authorizing the issuance of Airport Bonds, Series 2007A and 2007B.
