3. Approve Commercial Net Building and Ground Lease with Tri-Con Industries, LTD for Building No. 1819 in Lincoln Air Park West.

5. Approve Federal Grant Application with the Federal Aviation Administration for AIP Project No. 3-31-0050-42, construct taxiway (connector between Taxiway E and D) and remove Hold Apron from Taxiway B.
6. Approve Landing Fee Agreement with Pinnacle Airlines, Inc. for 2010 operations.
