4. Approve Commercial Net Building and Ground Lease with Casing Network LLC for Building No. 948 in Lincoln Air Park West.
5. Approve Commercial Net Building and Ground Lease with Boomers Inc. for Building No. 1024 in Lincoln Air Park West.
6. Approve Commercial Net Building and Ground Lease with Watts Electric Company for Building No. 1476 in Lincoln Air Park West.
7. Approve Extension Agreement No. 1 covering Automobile Rental Concession with The Hertz Corporation for Booth #109 and office space in the Airport Terminal Building and ready car parking stalls for 2007.
8. Approve Extension Agreement No. 1 covering Automobile Rental License Agreement with Enterprise Rent A Car Company-Midwest, an Iowa corporation, to conduct non-tenant, off airport rental car business for 2007 at the Lincoln Airport.
9. Approve Resolution No. 476 to approve and adopt the amended Airport Authority of the City of Lincoln, Nebraska Flexible Benefit Plan effective January 1, 2007 and authorize Staff to implement said amended Plan.
10. Approve contract with Husker Sports Network for the radio advertising program for 2007/2008.
11. Approve Resolution No. 477 to authorize and approve an agreement with the City of Lincoln and the Lancaster County School District for the transfer of land and development in the area commonly referred to as Huskerville.
12. Approve Resolution No. 478 to authorize the surrender and transfer of certain tracts of ground in the area known as Huskerville.
13. Approve Consultant Agreement with HWS for General Aviation parking lot repairs.
14. Approve Commercial Net Building and Ground Lease with Weathercraft Company of Lincoln for a portion of Building No. 1580 in Lincoln Air Park West.
15. Award bid for the construction of a separation wall in Building No. 1580 in Lincoln Air Park West.
16. Approve Supplemental Lease Agreement Number 2 with the GSA for additional space in the Airport Terminal Building.
17. Approve a contract with the University of Missouri for a mobile fire rescue trainer.
