7. Approve License Agreement with the City of Lincoln, Parks and Recreation Dept., for various buildings and adjacent grounds, ball diamonds, swimming pool, tennis court, cricket field and flag football field area, all in Lincoln Air Park West.
8. Approve License Agreement with the City of Lincoln, Lincoln Fire Dept., for a portion of Building No. 5001 for a fire station, in Lincoln Air Park West.
9. Approve Commercial Net Building and Ground Lease with the Nebraska Dept. of Administrative Services, State Building Division, on behalf of the Nebraska Dept. of Aeronautics, for Suite 150 in Building No. 5590, the Harry Amen General Aviation Building.
10. Approve Federal Grant Offer with the Federal Aviation Administration for federal funding under AIP Project No. 3-31-0050-41, (Phase 2-Part B), modifications to Runway 35 and Taxiway A.
11. Approve Commercial Ground Lease with The Smith Collection for use of a portion of a roadway and parking and staging areas in the Ammo Storage Area in Lincoln Air Park West.
12. Award bid for one (1) 3/4 ton 4x2 pickup with utility box.
