4. Approve Construction Agreement with Silverhawk Aviation Inc. and John Gillum for improvements to their leased building, No. 5620, in the General Aviation Area.
5. Approve Resolution No. 496 to approve and adopt the Amended and Restated Airport Authority of the City of Lincoln, Nebraska Flexible Benefit Plan effective January 1, 2008 and authorize Staff to implement said Amended Plan.
6. Approve the Federal Grant Application with the FAA for federal funding for AIP Project 3-31-0050-37, Airport Drainage Improvements.
7. Award bid to replace roof on Building No. 1472.
